"I wanted to take a moment to reach out and thank all of our wonderful customers during this unprecedented time. Many of you have stepped up tremendously and taken advantage of our oil change food drive. This will not only help replenish the White Bear Food Shelf but also helps keep our employees on staff to continue to provide high-quality, service to you while also providing for their families
.
We want to assure you we are closely following the recommendations of the CDC in our operations. Daily precautions include disinfecting our service department a minimum of 3 times a day and disinfecting any areas of your vehicle our technicians come in contact with. We understand this may be a good time for you to have your vehicle serviced, however if you are staying quarantined for any reason, this may be difficult. To assist in this situation, we have launched free pick up and delivery of your vehicle to White Bear Lake and surrounding communities. If you still prefer to drop off your vehicle, you can drive in, park your car in our parking lot, and simply slide your keys into our key drop in the front door. Though we will miss the personal connections we have, this will allow us to work on your vehicle while maintaining social distancing. We will also be offering free rides to work for all emergency personnel, first responders, nurses, doctors, and childcare providers. While we understand the majority of the community is not currently traveling, there is a portion that still must be able to get to work. We can assure you that we will be here when you need us.
